We partnered with iconic brand Coca Cola to develop an entirely new category of retail. By marrying high-end retailers like Best Buy, with the industry leading concession brands, we were able to dramatically improve customer retention in stores, resulting in increased sales. Our research showed how major purchases were deferred or often lost when consumers were shopping with children. Our plan was to set up endcap snack kiosks, where snacks and drinks could be purchased. The availability of food and drinks allowed more time for hungry & thirsty customers to complete their purchases. The small footprint was also able to generate income of more than $100 dollars per square foot
